Dinner at “Old Ithica”

Athens foliage — Some cute plant, with the tropical climate the plants here are amazing!! But I’m still not eating nasty salad 😀

Olive oil taste-off — Finally made it to dinner. First order of business was of course an olive oil taste off!!

Dinner at Old Ithica was amazing, we returned here a couple of times. I know I just dissed salads but I loved the greek salad here. The outside atmosphere was magical, as were the sparkly lights and lush foliage leaning in all over.

Local Greek wine 2019 — Not to mention a pretty decent wine

Lamb sweetbreads, I hear they are brain food :-D — Lamb sweetbreads (lol if ya know what I mean). The sauce involved some unpronounceable green pepper.

Grilled sardines and garlic! — Stuffed sardines!! I thought they looked more like “run over sardines” haha but they were amazing. Sam even had one and said she liked it!

Classic Greek dessert — Can’t remember what dessert was but it was great
