It’s a new day, so let’s start with lunch. No wait, breakfast haha I have a stomach issue today so I made sure to get something on it first thing.
This is Greek yogurt (ya think??) and honey for some reason, and chopped up fruit… maybe it helped me, at least I kept it down
Now it’s back to the Acropolis—Matt’s first time! I was thrilled to see it again, but this time the lines were truly awful. Matt was heard to say “tour groups are the worst things on this planet” and I have to agree.
But never mind the lines, it’s still totally worth itShot with the Parthenon behind me, it was actually pretty darn hot up here todayThen we had a quick lunchMost importantly with cold beers!!Then it was time for more sight-seeingMatt trying out sunglassesTurns out you can tattoo just about everything!A very cool small old churchA bit less impressive from the outside but still pretty coolBusy street of Athens, with the Acropolis peeking out overhead as usualMore sunglasses shoppingAnd finally dinnertime!Everyone’s was great, mine was barf-tastic—how many times will it take me to learn not to even try to order red meat in Europe??? (Outside of France, that is!)At least there was a nice view
